2023 Summer Scholarship Applications

After a very successful 2021, we are super excited to bring back our Summer Scholarship Program! Young BIPOC dancers ages 10-22 are welcome to apply for a scholarship to a summer program that they have already been accepted into. This year we will be having three rounds of scholarship opportunities. Dancers are welcome to apply to a later round should they not receive a scholarship through their first round. Applications for year round programs will not be accepted. All summer programs are paid directly by Share The Movement. Applicants will be notified two weeks after the close of each round. Summer scholarship applications will be available in late February 2023.

This year Share The Movement will have definite scholarships to the following programs. Dancers may apply for a scholarship to the program of their choice in addition to any of the following programs. Please note that some programs do require prior auditions and acceptance, so please check the program requirements carefully and make sure to audition if you wish to be considered for a scholarship.

Peridance

(Please note that matched funding from UNCSA will only be available for applicants in the first round of scholarships and we encourage any students wishing to attend this program to apply in the first round. However, applicants may still apply for Share The Movement funding in the later rounds.)
