Board Members
Britt Stewart, a Colorado native, is an artist, educator, choreographer, dance arts supporter and advocate. Britt’s career spans many years of training and performances across film, tv and live performances including worldwide tours. She got her start in the entrainment industry as a principal dancer in all three of Disney’s original High School Musical movies. Some her other movie credits include the remake of Fame, No Strings Attached, and Disney Channel’s Teen Beach Movie. Her performance credits expanded into television with prime time Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, ABC’s The Little Mermaid Live, and BET’s Hit The Floor. She has danced behind recording artists like Janet Jackson, the Jonas Brothers, Bebe Rexah, Demi Lovato, Rihanna, and was one of Katy Perry’s back-up dancers for three years on her Prismatic World Tour and Super Bowl halftime performance. She was recently promoted to a Pro on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars as the First Black Female Pro in 29 season. Making history after five seasons as a Troupe member and performing in 2 of DWTS Live Tours. Britt has been a dance educator in many different platforms nationally. She specializes in Jazz, Commercial Latin Ballroom and preparing aspiring dancers for a career in a commercial dance career. Having worked for a number of years as an Associate Choreographer for Kenny Ortega, Chase Benz, Tony Testa, Will Loftis and many others. Her current work as Lead Choreographer can be seen on the series finale of How To Get Away With Murder, the 2020 Dancing With The Stars Live Tour, and Regent Cruise Lines featured shows on their new ship, The Splendor, inaugural launch February 2020.
Her passion on the dance floor is also evident in her outreach and volunteer efforts. Britt previously served on the Programs Committee for American Dance Movement where she focused on expanding opportunities to blend dance programs and special youth initiatives. Britt is dedicated to dance education, maintaining high standards and representation that honors diversity, inclusion and representation.
Brad Bauner
Treasurer
Brad Bauner has a varied career in arts management and creation. Brad received his bachelor’s degree in musical theatre performance with a minor in theatre management from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL. After college, Brad worked as the Associate General Manager for the smash hit show STOMP for seven years. He also served as the Associate Producer for the Marines Memorial Theatre and Post Street Theatre in San Francisco for five years. Brad was a producer of Burn the Floor on Broadway in 2010. Brad currently serves as the general manager for Shaping Sound Dance Company and a producer for Al Blackstone’s Freddie Falls in Love. Brad is a member of the Writers Guild of America West and its LGBTQ+ Writers committee. He was a writer on MTV’s hour-long dramedy series “Underemployed”. Brad is currently developing a live stage show with “La La Land” choreographer Mandy Moore.
Ashley Lindsey
Board Member, Ambassador and Mentor
Ashley Lindsey is an NYC-based choreographer and educator. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA) and is the Director of UNCSA’s Summer Dance program. His professional career began in 2007 when Artistic Director Carla Maxwell invited him to join the Limon Dance Company. He then spent the next six-years touring throughout Europe, Mexico, China, and the US; he later went on to perform with the Lar Lubovitch Dance Company, Helen Simoneau Danse, VIA Dance Collaborative, and Zullo/Raw Movement.
His TV and film performing credits include commercials for Target, ESPN, Skype, and Dental Works. As well as music videos for Scott Matthews " I Wanna Dance with Somebody and Asgeir's "King and Cross." He was a principal dancer in the 2019 film "Bolden," staring Gary Carr. Ashley has worked closely with three-time Tony Award winner Hinton Battle as an assistant choreographer for his production of Dance Dreams and as executive director for his dance convention "Danze Off."
As a choreographer, his work spans the gamut from concert to commercial dance projects. In 2012 he founded Ashley Lindsey Dance, a New York-based contemporary dance company. The company has performed in the Reverb International Dance Festival, Pushing Progress Showcase, Capezio ACE Awards, and White Wave International Dance Festival. As an independent choreographer, his work has been commissioned by the Houston Met Too Dance Company, University of North Carolina Greensboro, and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, once in 2012 and, most recently, in 2019. In 2012 he choreographed the Miss North Carolina Pageant televised on the Time Warner network. He has been the movement director for a series of Proctor & Gamble commercials featuring supermodel Miranda Kerr as well for Epic Games' "Fortnite." He was also part of the creative team for the Royal Family's production's play " No Body Suspects a Butterfly," starring Anthony Rapp. He has choreographed, directed and produced four short films, “Drilling Holes Into the Sun,” “Pantsuit Power North Carolina,” “Salvage What You Can,” and "Triune."
Ashley is a sought after guest teacher who has a passion for teaching all ages and abilities, from dance studios to conventions and universities. As an educator, he has taught for UNCSA, Elon University, Duke University, Joffrey Ballet School, Steps on Broadway, Kanyok Arts Initiative, and The Limon Dance Foundation. Internationally he has taught master classes and workshops in Japan, Mexico, Bermuda, and Italy.
Gaby Diaz
Ambassador
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Gaby Diaz started dancing at the age of 3 and trained in various styles growing up. In 2015, she was crowned America’s Favorite Dancer for season 12 of Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance and went on to perform on tour alongside Season 12’s Top Ten. Gaby was also seen performing in Jennifer Lopez’s Las Vegas show, “All I Have”, as an All Star on Seasons 13,14, and 16 of So You Think You Can Dance, on tour with Travis Wall’s Shaping Sound Company, and performing as a guest artist with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. Gaby will be making her feature film debuts in Netflix’s upcoming musical, “Tick Tick... Boom!”, and in Steven Spielberg’s adaptation of “West Side Story”.
JJ Rabone

JJ was born and raised in Japan. After moving to LA in 2006 she immediately signed with a dance agency and received her work visa. She has worked for artists such as Dua Lipa, Demi Lovato, Katy Perry, Pink, Paula Abdul, EVE, T-Pain, Logic, Chemical Brothers, Q-tip, Chromeo and more for award shows, music videos, and tours.She was on Emmy Award-winning show “So You Think You Can Dance” season 12 on FOX as a finalist, and also on “Dancing With The Stars.” She has appeared in numerous commercials and TV shows such as, Target, Old Navy, Minute Maid, Toyota, Lexus, Tide, Knott’s Berry Farm, Disney American Idol Experience, Ellen, Jimmy Fallon and more. Being half Japanese and half English, she uses the unique look for modeling. She has modeled for Levi’s, 7UP, Lyft, Danskin, Roxy, Quick Silver and more. She is trained in Hiphop, House, Waacking, Locking, Popping, Ballet, Jazz and Ballroom. Her unique style comes from all the different styles mashed in together and thats what makes her special.
Pam Chu
Secretary and Mentor
Pam Chu is a Dancer, Choreographer, Dance Teacher, TV producer and Live Stage producer who has worked professionally in Los Angeles for the past 20 years. Originally from WI, she received her BA in Dance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. Throughout her career she’s had the opportunity to work for such companies as Disney, Cirque du Soleil and Radio City Rockettes. She’s been seen on numerous television programs, live stage shows, in the film La La Land and dancing with Britney Spears in her Las Vegas residency show ‘Piece of Me’. She’s performed with such artists as The Rolling Stones, Jennifer Lopez, Demi Lovato, Florence and the Machine, Will Smith, Hugh Jackman and Katy Perry. Pam’s love for performing brought her to producing where her credits include Supervising Producer Disney Fam Jam, Associate Creative Producer NBC's Bring the Funny, Associate Creative Director Ciara 'Beauty Marks' Tour, Associate Creative Director J Balvin Spotify Awards Feat. Black Eyed Peas, Creative Associate New Kids on the Block 'Mix Tape Tour', and Associate Creative Director Latin Grammy Awards. Other credits include Associate Director Maks Val Peta Confidential Tour, Associate Director Dancing with the Stars 'A Night to Remember' Tour 2019, Co- Choreographer for Little Mermaid Live at the Hollywood Bowl, Co- Choreographer for Beauty and the Beast at the Hollywood Bowl, and Assistant Choreographer Dancing with the Stars Season 27.
